Nikka Densok Limited and HEUFT, the two industry leaders are now offering a joint solution for leak detection and optical inspection of BFS strips.

We have combined more than 50 years of CCIT experience using HVLD technology with HEUFT SYSTEMTECHNIK GMBH GERMANY who is the innovator of optical inspection solutions in the industry.

In this way, the two machine manufacturers are now offering comprehensive CCIT of pharmaceutical containers in a joint solution.

100 percent inline leak and optical CCIT

Based on the Annex 1 of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), 100 percent CCIT of parenteral products must be fulfilled during production.

When it comes to CCIT of parenteral pharmaceutical products, as the inventor and pioneer of high voltage leak detection technology, Nikka Densok offers reliable inline machines that can detect micro leaks for even low electrical conductivity products such as WFI.

Our HDI series pinhole inspector can offer fast and full coverage of BFS strip in variety of sizes, shapes and volumes.

HEUFT spotter ^II BFSA machine offers full-coverage optical solution from foreign particle inspection to deformed caps and black spots in the BFS strips.  It detects everything that threatens pack and drug safety in the blow fill seal process for liquid preparations such as small volume parenteral (SVP) or eye drops.
